Searching for network

Dear SMU

You brag to the world that we have the best facilities a university can have. In fact, when we as students complained about the high school fees, you will never fail to use this brag as an excuse. I don't need the double white screens nor the multi-purpose box (dunno what you call that). I don't even need the stupid microphone. What I want is just small stable network. Can you bloody upgrade your software/hardware to ensure that we can access the bloody internet with ease? What's the point of encouraging us to get a laptop when you can't even provide a decent connection?
