Listen. "We care."

The so-called career forum went well. At least all of us get to sit while the management gave their speeches. The Q&A was pretty good since relevant (instead of act-smart) questions were posted.
My only goal for attending this forum is to speak to the HR head directly. The program starts on 24th July, but I'm afraid my army obligation might drag me till August. So I wanted to clarify with the bank and seek solution from them.

Here's what the HR head said to me.
"You have 2 options. Either you request early-release from the army. Or you apply next year."

Yeah, right. I know you care. Of course you do.
