No gym this week

Woke up this morning at 8.30, but my throat and dry cough is giving hell shit of problems. Decided to give gym a miss today. On another note, I am swinging the old ring again. It belonged to my late grandpa. He was wearing it till his last day and my grandma told me that my grandpa had intended to pass it down to me. Although I am not wear it yet, I hanged it on the cabinet and I often let it swing back and fore. Chinese New Year is approaching .........
