Lactose intolerance

It is the condition in which lactase, an enzyme needed for proper metabolization of lactose (a sugar that is a constituent of milk and other dairy products), is not produced in adulthood. With lactose intolerance, the result of consuming too much lactose is excess gas production and often diarrhea. [from wikipedia]

Finally understand the exact medical term of the condition that I am having for a long long time. Maybe that's why I insisted on kopi-O since white coffee always give me upset stomach. I also avoid ice cream (if possible) and won't even touch chocolate. 2 days ago, I bought a carton of soya milk. I consumed only half of it, and it's leaving me in a lousy state now. Tamade ~
