Blood sucker Seng-City

If I print 1 page on 1 side, I pay 5-cents. Reasonable.
If I print 2 pages on 2 sides, I pay 10-cents. Still reasonable.

Now, the instruction writes:
If you print 2 pages on 1 side (i.e. smaller font), you pay 10-cents.
If you print 4 pages on 1 side (i.e. even smaller front), you pay 40-cents.

Tell me. When I print many pages on each side, I save you both ink and papers. Right? Why the hell am I paying more for less? Bloody sucker ~ and fuck the administrator for accepting such a bloody vendor.
