Just months ago, I was complaining about how French just love to organise strike and protest. This time more powerful - freaking 1 million people on the street! Wah ~
And you know why? All because of a new contract law which allows youth under 26 years old to be fired more easily within 2 years of employment. Fuck lah ~ in Singapore, the boss can just retrench as and when he wants lah ~ duhz. And you know why this new contract law is in place? Fucking 10% of youth are unemployed, that's why the government implements this new guideline to increase the employment rate. Tamade ~ and the youth is protesting, fighting with police, smashing the windows. Wtf ~ those idiots
